Former MP concerned about example proroguing of Parliament sets
He (Sinclair Stevens) said he realized Jean was in a spot, but he wondered what will happen the next time a prime minister is facing a nonconfidence motions that's likely to be successful, with precedent like that.I once had the opportunity share a lunch table with Stevens at a computer show. We had an interesting discussion about the Harris years in Ontario and technology.
