NEW DELHI: A recommendation by the Cabinet to President Pratibha Patil to prorogue both Houses of Parliament will be made shortly, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi told reporters on Wednesday soon after a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs.Actually, India's parliament got some work done in its last session, unlike Stephen Harper's conservatives who prorogued Canada's parliament when it became clear that the PM did not enjoy the confidence of the House of Commons.
